Schoongezich Converence Venue has been rated by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa with the status of five stars.
The following conference/function facilities are available:
MARULA ROOM, with an overhead projector and/or, data projector and screen (2 m x 2 m), flip-charts (2) and poster rails.
ACACIA ROOM, with a data projector and screen (2.1 x 2.7 m), points for laptop computer, DVD/VCR Combo, television and hi-fi sets, flip-charts (2), white boards and poster rails.

FULL DAY CONFERENCE:
R250 per person (VAT included)
The above tariff includes the conference facility and the following refreshments:

- Lunch : Salads, main meal, coffee / tea
- Afternoon Tea : Coffee / Tea and/or fruit juice and home-baked refreshments
A full buffet lunch, if required, can also be provided at an additional cost of R40 p.p. per day.
The above standard presentation can be modified to suit specific requirements.
We have 32 en-suite bedrooms which comprise of:
- 18 Twin/Double Rooms (1 Double & 1 Single Bed per room)
- 10 Double Rooms (1 Double Bed per room)

SHARING : R550 (including VAT); per person sharing
SINGLE : R700 (including VAT); per person single

- A cash bar is also available for functions.
Payment:
An initial deposit of 50 % of the total quoted cost is required to confirm a reservation for a function / conference. Cancellation of a function / conference 15 days prior to the date of the reservation, will result in a forfeit of 50 % of the deposit. However, if the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the effective date, the client forfeits the full deposit.
