Schoongezich Converence Venue has been rated by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa with the status of five stars.

The following conference/function facilities are available:

MARULA ROOM, with an overhead projector and/or, data projector and screen (2 m x 2 m), a 72 cm television set, DVD Player, flip-charts (2) poster rails and wireless internet.

ACACIA ROOM, with 3 data projectors and 3 screens (2.1 x 2.7 m), points for laptop computer, DVD player, television and hi-fi sets, flip-charts (2), white boards, poster rails wireless internet, and connection to DSTV.

E-Beam and wireless microphone available at an additional cost. .

HALF DAY CONFERENCE:

The above tariff includes the conference facility and the following refreshments:

• Registration : Coffee / Tea and home-baked rusks and savory pastry
• Morning Tea : Coffee / Tea, fruit juice and sandwiches/scones/mini Vetkoek/croissant’s or pita pockets filled with assortment of fillings
• Lunch : Main meal and dessert

FULL DAY CONFERENCE:        
R250 per person (VAT included)

The above tariff includes the conference facility and the following refreshments:

• Registration : Coffee / Tea and home-baked rusks and savory pastry
• Morning Tea : Coffee / Tea, fruit juice and sandwiches/scones/mini Vetkoek/croissant’s or pita pockets filled with assortment of fillings
• Lunch : Main meal and dessert
• Afternoon Tea : Coffee / Tea, fruit juice and home-baked goods

A full buffet lunch, if required, can also be provided at an additional cost of R40 p.p. per day.
Bottled water can be provided on request at an additional cost of R15 p.p per day.
Freshly squeezed fruit juice can be provided at an additional cost of R10 p.p per day.

A 5 person leeway will be given on original confirmation of delegates.

The above standard presentation can be modified to suit specific requirements.

  • A cash bar is also available for functions.

Payment:

An initial deposit of 50 % of the total quoted cost is required to confirm a reservation for a function / conference.  Cancellation of  a function / conference 15 days prior to the date of the reservation, will result in a forfeit of 50 % of the deposit.  However, if the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the effective date, the client forfeits the full deposit.
